Simon is currently Non-Executive Chairman of De Grey Mining Ltd. (ASX:DEG), an ASX 200 gold exploration/development company with 100% ownership of one of Western Australia’s largest greenfield discoveries – Hemi/Mallina (10.6+Moz) – in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. He has over 35 years’ experience in stockbroking, capital raising, management, business development and analysis for a range of small and startup companies in the manufacturing and resources industries, and has specialised in that time in company restructuring activities.

Peter brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate advisory, investment banking and director/advisory roles to the Board. He has been involved in a board capacity in publicly listed companies in resources, biotechnology and technology. Peter’s corporate skills lie in capital raising for pre-IPO and listed companies, cross border M&A transactions, corporate underwriting, and venture capital transactions for companies in Australia, the US and Israel.

Chris is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience focusing on gold and copper exploration across a range of deposit styles. Along with managing exploration in Australia, Chris has spent many years managing international teams in culturally and environmentally diverse regions throughout West Africa, Central Africa, Papua New Guinea and Ecuador. He was formerly the Regional Exploration Manager for SolGold Limited (LSE:SOLG).
