EverGreen Lithium (ASX:EG1) has strengthened its confidence in the Bynoe Project in the Northern Territory, after confirming lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatites.
Multiple field programs were completed which identified spodumene-bearing pegmatites in the western part of the lease, adjacent to Core Lithium’s (ASX:CXO) Finniss Project.
In conjunction, EverGreen, which has a market capitalisation of $10.68 million, identified potential for gold mineralisation similar to other parts of the Pine Creek Goldfields.
The field programs aimed to build a geological knowledge base, understand the potential for mineralisation, and test several priority areas for LCT pegmatites and gold.
“Our geological team has worked diligently and systematically to enhance the understanding of Bynoe and we eagerly await laboratory results to build on recent successes and plan for the 2025 field season,” Chairman Simon Lill says.
An aircore drilling program was conducted with uncovered 11 different pegmatite bodies, two of which received follow-up reverse circulation drill testing. The company is awaiting to receive and interpret the laboratory results.
Further, a reverse circulation drilling program tested gold targets. The assay results for this program are pending and expected within Q1 2025.
Concurrently, EverGreen continues to review various projects within Australia with the aim to complement its existing portfolio of assets.
EverGreen Lithium is an explorer that owns three lithium spodumene projects in Australia named Bynoe, Kenny, and Fortune.
